Wish FM’s 5th anniversary was not just one musical treat but also a momentous wish-granting night.
WISH is known for its advocacy of always having charity works whenever they have big events; be that of concerts, music awards and anniversary celebrations. Just recently, during its 5th anniversary, Wish 107.5 again has highlighted its noble acts of love for the needy.
PHP 500K worth of charity
As part of Wish 107.5 annual tradition of giving to charity, Php 500,000 was again given to five chosen charitable institutions.
Kuya Daniel Razon, the man behind Wish FM’s unparalleled success and charity concept, led the awarding of check donations to the beneficiaries. Each received Php 100,000 during Wish 107.5’s 365 Anniversary Concert held on August 25, 2019 at the Aliw Theater.
The beneficiaries are the following:

Sunshine Care Foundation.
Visayan Forum Foundation, Inc. (VF)
Make-A-Wish Philippines
Coalition of Services of the Elderly, Inc.
Wish 107.5: 5 Years of Dominating
Five years may not be that long compare to other Philippine giant FM radio stations that gained popularity over the decades of their existence on-air.
But obviously Wish 107.5 outshines them in many aspects. It is revealed through the uniqueness of Wish 107.5 in its concept:
-the Wish Buses,
-the high-quality (music-video) YouTube uploads of the performances of both OPM and international artists, which practically gained the attention of the world.
-Wish is indeed a global stage for our OPM artists.
And added to that is the charity works that Kuya Daniel wanted to always incorporate in the Philippine music and entertainment industry.
“Gusto natin na ma-incorporate ‘yong charity works doon po sa larangan ng music industry and entertainment. Sa awa naman ng Dios, we were able to grant different wishes, hindi lang po ‘yong nung nag-umpisa tayo, but until now,” Kuya Daniel expressed.
Kuya Daniel Razon wishes no competition but rather wishes to always serve as a unifying force to help the Filipino artists as well as the OPM industry.
“Wish 107.5, I wish for it to continue (as a) unifying force po natin among all players in the music industry and as we stage live performances dun sa ating bus. I wish that that stage will span and grow na mas lumaki pa at malayo pa ang ating maabot.” ##
